Limited Lifetime Warranty – If this product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product, GrabBars.com will replace it free of charge, postage-paid. Simply contact GrabBars.com at 704-800-4629 for replacement information. This warranty does not cover products which have been abused, altered, damaged, misused, cut or worn.

If you do encounter a problem or are just simply unhappy with your product, we will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. Please read the eligibility details & procedure for our return policy below. If you are eligible for a return and would like to proceed, please submit an RGA Request (instructions below).

Return Period:

• Products (based on our “Return Qualifications” below) can be returned within 30 days of a purchase.

Return Qualifications:

GrabBars.com may refuse a return when the returned item is not in like-new condition. You must inspect each item prior to returning.
To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

• Must be in resalable condition.
• Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
• Must not have been installed or had attempted installation (no scour marks from screws, bolts, mounting hardware, screw-driver’s, etc.).
• Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
• Must not have any writing on the original packaging.
• Must not be missing parts / pieces.
• Must not have damage from return shipping due to improper packaging.

Restocking Fee:

• GrabBars.com charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where GrabBars.com shipped the incorrect item.

Original Shipping Cost:

• Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.

Return Shipping Cost:

• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s) unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
• If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Processing Time:

• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Please expect 10 business days for our team to review returned items.
• If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Caution:

• ⚠️A grab bar is only as strong as the anchoring devices and the wall on which it is mounted to. (We sell many anchoring devices for all wall types.)
• ⚠️For ADA Compliance, follow ADA Placement Guidelines.
