If you do encounter a problem or are just simply unhappy with your product, we will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. Please read the eligibility details & procedure for our return policy below. If you are eligible for a return and would like to proceed, please submit an RGA Request (instructions below).
Return Period:
- Products (based on our “Return Qualifications” below) can be returned within 30 days of a purchase.
Return Qualifications:
GrabBars.com may refuse a return when the returned item is not in like-new condition. To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
- Must be in resalable condition.
- Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
- Must not have been installed or had attempted installation (no scour marks from screws, bolts, mounting hardware, screw-driver’s, etc.).
- Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
- Must not have any writing on the original packaging.
- Must not be missing parts / pieces.
- Must not have damage from return shipping due to improper packaging.
Restocking Fee:
- GrabBars.com charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where GrabBars.com shipped the incorrect item.
Original Shipping Cost:
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
Return Shipping Cost:
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s) unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
- If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please expect 5 business days for our team to review returned items.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
