What is the difference between Left Hand and Right Hand?
You will notice that you have the option to select “Left Hand” or “Right Hand” under the “Direction” selection above. The Left Hand has the longer depth on the left, when seated and facing forward. The Right Hand has the longer depth on the right, when seated and facing forward. In an ADA compliant shower stall, the longer depth side should fall along the wall and the shorter depth side should fall along the open entry side. You cannot simply flip them, unfortunately. *left hand pictured above

Return Period:
Products (based on our “Return Qualifications” below) can be returned within 30 days of a purchase.
Return Qualifications:
ShowerSeats.com will refuse a return when the returned item is not in new condition. To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
Must be in resalable condition.
Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
Must not have been installed or had attempted installation (no scour marks from screws, bolts, mounting hardware, screw-driver’s, etc.).
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
Must not have any writing on the original packaging.
Must not be missing parts / pieces.
Must not have damage from return shipping due to improper packaging.
Restocking Fee:
ShowerSeats.com charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where ShowerSeats.com shipped the incorrect item.
Original Shipping Cost:
Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
Return Shipping Cost:
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s) unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.
If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please expect 5 business days for our team to review returned items.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Recommendations:
⚠️Mount directly into wood studs or use anchor devices for hollow walls. A shower seat is only as strong as the anchoring devices it is mounted to.
⚠️Install the seat at an ADA required height between 17″ and 19″ from the floor, or at your desired height for residential use.
